The story of Noah is found in the Old Testament in genesis and the idea that baptism in Jesus was not introduced until the New Testament, so your paragraph 3 is not lining up.
You were quoting the bible incorrectly, so don't just copy and past, verify whether it's true, even at 40k feet you still need to verify everything or you will lose credit- ability. Your message started out good, but.....you started losing me on the 3rd paragraph. But over all I still liked your analysis and correlation of the story. Thanks.
This is the exact type of intellectual laziness that got us in this mess to begin with.
I appreciate the message you are sending, because I agree with most of it. This really is our own flood story, and we are the Noahs preaching and getting scorned by loved ones.
If you "doubt anyone can say with 100% certainty that all the details in a specific bible are correct" then you should research this topic. Do it. You'll be BLOWN AWAY.
As for "key people" posting comms about water, I think that is part and parcel to the overarching motif God has used throughout history, including with the flood, to represent many things. Change, chaos, danger, birth, rebirth, and a couple other things I can't think of.
Thanks for posting, and I hope I didn't come across as harsh. I just call 'em like I see 'em.
Not to mention the Bible also prophesied that the end times would be "like the times of Noah". Now remember why God was so mad? Not just because men were evil but because they were manipulating human DNA and creating chimira's for slaves and pleasure. With the mark of the beast and genetic manipulation the human bloodline was purposely tainted by Lucifer to prevent the coming of Jesus Christ. Exactly the same point we're at now. With so many people vaxxed, at what point in time do humans cease to exist? Three, four generations before us purebloods die off? If Jesus is prophesied to return then we certainly are in the end times because in less then a hundred years everyone's DNA will be tainted
I know you meant well, but copying stuff "from a website" and inferring that it comes from the Bible is NOT right.
Yes, there was wickedness in the time of Noah,
And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. Genesis 6:5
and yes God did destroy everything but Noah, his sons, his sons' wives and the animals on the ark,
And every living substance was destroyed which was upon the face of the ground, both man, and cattle, and the creeping things, and the fowl of the heaven; and they were destroyed from the earth: and Noah only remained alive, and they that were with him in the ark. Genesis 7:23
But paragraph #3 is NOT in the Bible. Jesus was not born until much later in history (the New Testament gives the Biblical account of His birth, His life on earth, His crucifixion and His resurrection). So God NEVER said to Noah, “Harken, and give heed unto my words; believe and repent of your sins and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, even as our fathers, and ye shall receive the Holy Ghost, that ye shall have all things made manifest; and if ye do not this, the floods will come in upon you.”
With all that said, your point of the story is spot on. We are also living in very wicked times and I personally believe that this is mankind's last window of opportunity to turn from sin and accept Jesus Christ before He returns to take His believers (the Rapture) away. This will be followed by a 7 year Tribulation on earth and then the triumphant return of Jesus and His saints to rule the earth for 1000 years (The Millennium).
This world and the current events all indicate that the prophecies of the Bible are being fulfilled. I urge people to accept Jesus Christ and turn from sin. God loves us all and wants us to be saved and to spend eternity with Him.
well, it is some peoples religion, do you expect them to not take it seriously? perhaps get a basic understanding of the religion before posting quotes from its bible.

Yes, Noah did but preach the gospel, but he did call people to repentance for 100 years.
Agree!
Maybe I've overlooked this; Noah preached and baptized in the name of (Jesus Christ)? Where is that scripture?

I believe God promised that He wouldn’t destroy the earth again with a flood
Not by water, but the earth will be destroyed by fire. Many references to that in the Bible.
Nuclear war probably qualifies...

Job with Sodom and Gomorrah as well.
This is not in any Bible. There was no gospel to preach in Noah’s days. Don’t read Christian fiction, stick to the Holy Bible.
if it is not right, then it is not right. misquoting the bible with any old crap you want is not good. you gonna change the ten commandments next?
