Justice Thomas asked, ” Does a mother have a right to ingest drugs and harm a pre-viable baby? Can the state bring child neglect charges against the mother? “

If a woman or man can be held liable for murder of an unborn baby either through drugs, neglect, murder, etc., why should it not also be considered by the courts that abortion which kills an unborn baby is also murder? What about the human sewer scum who allow aborted babies born alive to die? Shouldn't they be murderers as well?
