This guy's following the party rhetoric. Regarding Arwen the UK business secretary just reported to Parliament that initially 1 million people were without power but 30,000 were still lacking.

"UK Business Secretary Kwasi Kwarteng said the country needed to be prepared for more extreme weather due to climate change."
