You define it as a LAW, when in fact the Fed was NOT a federal extension. The IRS , founded at the same time, has corporate HQ in Puerto Rico. They are both more like a mandate than a law. For decades, people have challenged just what law is broken if you don't pay your income taxes-only the grandfathered POWER of the IRS has intimidated its way through the argment.
The Fed has a charter like any bank and has been allowed to function unlike most banks with currency production and "regulation". IT MUST BE BROKEN UP in order for the Republic to be restored. Mandates are the symptom of mob rule democracy..
The Fed was put into place by law. It was called the Federal Reserve Act of 1913. It was not a mandate. A mandate is not codified into law. Law is something voted on and agreed to by the legislative branch, codified, and signed by the President.
On Dec. 23, 1913 the Federal Reserve Act was passed by a Senate vote of 41 to 25 in a session that wasn't supposed to happen, which is why the vote count was so low. They told the members of the Senate that they would pick up the debate after Christmas; many of those opposed to it went home, those in favor (or paid off) stayed back, they voted, it became Law. This is not ambiguous. The Federal Reserve was created by Law.
That doesn't mean it is controlled by the government. In fact the government has no legal authority whatsoever, which was my entire point above.
The IRS is less clear. I am not sure if it was started in 1933 or 1953 when the Legal branch of the government, the Bureau of Internal Revenue, was gotten rid of and the Internal Revenue Service became the sole government subcontractor to collect taxes. Unlike The Fed, I can find no law which created the IRS. The Bureau of Internal Revenue was put into place in 1913 when they "ratified" the 16th amendment. Commonly you will find websites that state that the BIR changed its name to the IRS. That is not possible. It requires a Law to change a name for a government corporation. I can find no law that does that.
Income taxes do not appear to be illegal. Court cases have been won against the IRS for improper use of the word "income" which legally means profits not wages. There is no law that requires us to pay taxes on wages. That we pay taxes on wages would be following a mandate (spoken word), not a law (signed into law by the government).
I have no found no meaningful evidence that the IRS is a Puerto Rico entity. The corporation I linked above was signed in New York, but incorporated in Delaware. Here are the articles of incorporation:

I am not sure if that is the IRS either. I can find no information on the people who created that company. What is interesting about that company though, is that I can find no information on it whatsoever nor can I find anything on the people who signed it, even though it has been in business for almost 90 years.
Youhave confirmed the obfuscation of the origins, yet you assume a "law" passed by USA Inc. has standing. how many of those congressmen were paid to establish by virtue of "law" the means to rob Americans??? That you believe a "legally" established private bank by congress has legal standing is astounding...wake up and smell the Constitution, fren..
Law has a specific definition. It isn't ambiguous. It doesn't matter that you believe the group that created the law is illegitimate, it is still Law as it is defined.
We have three branches of government for a reason. The Judicial branch is designed to make sure that laws passed by the Legislative and Executive branch are Constitutional. The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 has never been challenged in the courts. That is why it still remains a Law. That it is an Unlawful law (which means, a law that goes against the Constitution) is in no way challenged by me. I think that if it were to be presented to an honest court it would get tossed as Unlawful (AKA Unconstitutional) on Day One. But that doesn't make it not the Law.
If you want to fight the enemy, you must understand the enemy. The Fed is legal. No if's, and's or but's about it. It is also Unlawful (Unconstitutional), no if's, and's, or but's about it.
You must understand the difference between illegal and unlawful to understand the system you are working within (Common Law, Natural Law, etc.). We still work within the Constitution. The Constitution has never been subverted by the government that I have seen. What has happened is that the actors that make up the government are acting Unlawfully to subvert the American People. The People, that make up the Government are the ones acting illegally. The government itself is not any different than it was the day it was set up. The U.S. Corp is, at least in part, a red herring designed to make us look for the wrong enemy.
We already have all the tools we need. The Constitution makes clear that the People that are running the government don't have the powers they have asserted. The Constitution makes clear that we have numerous Unconstitutional Laws and the courts are acting Unconstitutionally.
But none of this makes a Law not the Law. Its still the Law, that's what it is. Until you understand that it is an Unconstitutional Law made by People in an otherwise legitimate government acting illegally you can't figure out the path to victory. You must know the enemy to defeat the enemy.
Alrighty now, I hope the Storm hits soon and washes all the fuckaducks out ot the legislative Branch of our government, for they have, over too many years turned our Republic into a economic slaveholder economy. Get some Patriots in there to rescind/repeal all the restraints the deep state imposed upon us as a nation. The Senate when filled with Patriots impeach the hussein judges and get some real Constitutional judges in. Then the Executive Branch needs good patriotic souls in along with LOYAL opposition. To do this we need an educated and energetic voting base of involved citizens that have more than a basic understanding of civics. I CAN say we have learned MORE about our Constitution in the last 2 years including the FACT that it is tattered beyond belief.
Come The Storm and we see just what is in the statement "The best is yet to come" and then there will be Laws to believe and support.
One last thought here: You seem to think that the 3 branches of government are performing as they should, according to the Constitution, when in fact, they are all corrupted beyond belief and the rule of law is virtually non existent. It is now mob rule democracy with a very thin veneer of civility.
