Special needs parent chiming in. My kid has a disorder for which mortality before adulthood is 20%, to help put our life into perspective.

This is exactly what Munchausen by proxy looks like. A list of disorders that are loosely defined which is aided and abetted by social media attention to their child and by proxy, themselves.

Pisses me off.
