Which the scene did not call for, iirc? Or was it that he just wasn't supposed to fire it? In any case, both cocking and pulling the trigger are intentional.
Bang Bang Baldwin is such a liar. How in fuck does a bullet come out of the gun if the trigger is not pulled? Next, he'll say someone pulled it by remote control.
Like, when my dogs are barking unctrotably in the middle of the night. And I go and hollar and hollar and they still won't shut up ( I live in the country). So, I go " allegedly" get my gun and shoot it. To make them shut the f up. I didn't do it? Right?
Erm, what? WTF do electrical tools have to do with guns other than they both have "triggers"? Guns have to be specially modified to have very light trigger pulls and most require 7+ pounds of pressure though a single action once cocked is closer to 5 (at least for the ones I own). Which means any trigger pull is VERY intentional. Hint: prop guns by nature do NOT have very light trigger pulls because actors are fucking idiots and would set off light trigger pulls all the bloody time spoiling scenes.
ok. Well you seem to know guns. I don't. I know electrical tools sometimes malfunction and the slightest touch can set them off dangerously. I assumed the prop gun the same. .... According to your assessment of prop guns, if this happened (per actor) sounds like the prop gun was inappropriately adjusted. ....
Inappropriately used and someone had to load it. Scene or rehearsal or w/e it was they were doing did not call for the firing of the gun so should not have even had blanks. Someone loaded it, cocked it, and pulled the trigger. Alec for sure did the last two.
I can't believe people are falling for the tears...he's an actor! He gets paid to cry 🤦♀️
Yes it just shoots by it's self, your free to go good sir
Well he pulled the hammer back, right?
Yes it was single action

his narcisism will NEVER allow him to admit his responsibility
Just like jussie Smegett.
yeah
If there's a dimple on the primer of the shell casing, the gun was fired. If the gun was in his hand at the time, he's responsible, period.
Sounds like a case of bull shit
So, his finger wasn't on the trigger and he didn't pull it? It just went off, all on its own? Correct?

Ya'all have never worked a powerful electric tool that jumps at the slightest pressure when it shouldn't have, I see.
