I totally understand what you are saying, and no offence is taken. I agree on the evil but in my worldview, I see it coming from a place of derangement and pathological, diseased psychology - malignant narcissism, criminal psychopathy, psychotic delusions. When rolled up to a power structure level such as government or industry, it becomes democidal pathocracy ie a psychopathic power structure that is demonstrably killing its population. The outcomes are the same - evil being perpetrated on the unsuspecting. Much of my understanding has been arrived at by reading books like The Luciferian Principle and also Political Ponerology. I do not discount the religious dimension at all, it’s just an area I know so little about as a non-practising agnostic.
