Another thing I forgot to mention is payment through stock or crypto manipulation. Payment is processed as such. Hey buy 10000 of this 1 cent crypto. We are going to manipulate the price to $1. Same goes for stocks and any other investment vehicle. Hey buy this land In the middle of nowhere then we will make sure some huge development or zoning change goes into effect.
