Good write up. I'd like to add 5) Signature verification 6) stamp the hand or arm with ink that's nearly impossible to wash off.

Amen. Remember how the Iraqis did it? Dip you index finger in indelible Ink. I'd be good with even potentially doing fingerprint signature as well, assuming they don't end up in some federal database (although they probably already are)
