Its a letter from a concerned mother (who sounds like she WAS a liberal) who wants to be able to defend herself and is worried about her son's success and complaining how bad the current school system is and of how so many non-citizens get free shit to succeed while people like her son are left on the side.

Also, at the end she says she doesn't like Big Pharma. No wonder why they can't have her going free. Need to send a message to anybody who thinks Big Pharma is bad.
