A federal judge ruled that the pfizer shot is not the same as comirnaty and is therefore considered a EUA vaccine, which means it's experimental. So they can't force you to take an experimental vaccine. If they fire you they are liable. You should submit an exemption to start and you should reference that legal ruling somewhere in your paperwork, that gets the legal process started during which you shouldn't be fired. Then you have the new Florida law that another poster has already noted on this thread. You should also copy and send that to HR along with your exemption. Get to work, it'll take a couple of hours, good luck.
