Didn't an Indian scientist say back in the beginning, that there were traits of HIV in the SARS-CoV-2 virus? Could look like they are getting ahead of this?

Initial PCR tests manufactured in Australia had to be destroyed and not used moving forward because the tests kept coming back with HIV positive results.
