what am i actualy looking at though? Its mostly typed, not hand written, pages dont line upwith the typed portions...

I'm not sure whether this is original or not, but my own phone list that I carry with me is a computer printout of a document I typed. I wanted a list that was compact and easy to read. I can get about 50 names and phone numbers on a single page in my pocket planner.
