I think it's just a run of the mill labor dispute unconnected to 'The Plan'.
However, I predict that a major issue to emerge in the negotiations between team owners and the players' union is going to be compensation for vax injuries.
Amazingly, no MLB players fainted on the field due to clots in the 2021 season the way we have seen with soccer and other types of sports players. Maybe MLB made sure their players got the placebo... but then again stints on the disabled list were 25% more common in 2021 than in the most injury-plagued previous season, so maybe they didn't all get the placebo.
What I'd love to see happen is the players sue the owners to the point that the league folds, and a new, more patriotic pro baseball league is established in its place. A league that would not pander to BLM or the gays, and one that would never use its stadiums as sites for exterminating the fanbase with the clot-shot.
Likely because you can go a whole inning + and never see anyone do more exercise than swing a bat, throw a ball or jog off the field. Whereas soccer players are running 90% of the time.
