Ya, maybe. I kinda thought so too. I remembered explicitly the Alien thing.

I'm not sure where DUMBS may have been hinted at. I'm pretty sure there was nothing explicitly stated about DUMBS as a worldwide connected network (I am happy to be proven wrong there).
