Well in the photo on the right she's most clearly wearing heels, vs the photo on the left where she isn't
Also, by the looks of things in the photo on the left Bill is standing uphill. Look at the curb behind their legs vs. the window. It's at a slant. That could be wrong, I'm just calling it as I see it.
Either way, the heels are a dead giveaway.

In the photo on the left, the top of her head is at Bill's chin. In the photo on the right, it's at his nose.
That's about 3 inches on someone's face.
