I’m finding after the “order dispatched” no tracking information provided- the order accepted email advised tracking would be provided within 5-6 days, on November 11th. Wait a month, these things take awhile
If it doesn't arrive by then or you don't get any contact do the following.
Call your bank and get your money back.
Contact BBB and file a complaint.
