Is this true ,, I'm in San Diego water freezing even in summer ,, so the west side of Florida has the warmest water ?? What towns are in west ? Thank you,, I could Google but hate hitting being on goggle ,, I'm thinking of Tennessee as well have wonderful pedes on here there
west side is gulf side, the gulf is hot, east side is ocean side
I will research
So gulf as in Bay ,, no waves correct ?
No, the Gulf of Mexico, plenty of waves.
I don't surf much anymore , board dropped 63 feet trying to catch the big waves and hit wrong ,, shattered everything .. back etc ,, I still get out on long board but I'm a chick dudes here are serious snd you better be ripping or stay on the sand ha ,, so I'd rather have smaller body waves and warm water .
Right now the water in the Gulf on the Pinellas County coast is 66F (which is a little cooler than average because we've had chilly weather). That's pretty cold for us, but we have a few 80+ degree days ahead, so it will go up to like 70. In late August it can be 90F. It's not really refreshing, just wet. You can normally comfortably get in the water from late March through mid October. Canadians can stretch it out to Thanksgiving on a nice day.
Ha ha Canadians love that ,, love the water temps , our coast is always cold , we get a couple weeks in august when the temp is 75 and we all go nuts ,, we are usually at 68 / 72 in the summer. Winter forget ,, I have a 29!yr old daughter with autism ( vaxx before I was awake , I jumped up real quick 27 yrs ago watching her reaction in real time ,, those murderous pricks ) anyway she lives thereafter will go out in winter but freezes ,, I want yo get her in warm water ,, was planning Hawaii few years ago but screw that
Try using Duck, Duck Go for web browsing instead of Google. You get more honest information and less liberal narrative garbage.
yes the water is usually 76 degrees year round
