Move to Florida. There is room for everyone. Seriously, leave wherever you are right now and relocate permanently to Florida.

Thank you so much and yes that place will not stay long , has a garage washer and dryer in unit ,, im sure it sold today sand out front damn , I need to bust a move soon or yes affordable prices will be gone ,, no siblings ? So cool that you will have a family peace to call home
I have an older brother, but he set up shop in Tennessee, which is another spot that looks like it's promising, but he tells me it gets so cold, last winter he got icicles in his facial hair, and just had to send me pictures of his frozen snot๐ brothers, some things never change. Anyway mom will leave me in charge of the legal crap, but there's a mother in law apartment on the property, so we'll probably work something out so he retains some part of ownership.
So happy for you , wow a casita on property , that's awesome and yes it will be nice for your brother ! Yes Tennessee is definitely promising in fact I met a couple on here wonderful kids in Tennessee we keep in touch I got to get out there but I am not into the cold weather
When u have time send me some info on those RV places would you please , problem is the RV I have it's actually a road trex like a big van sleeps two has a little bathroom with shower , a little kitchen it's all I need but it's old it's a 96 it's new inside but it's got 200,000 miles on it ,, clients actually gave it to me so for free can't beat it , my plan is to get something maybe just a little bigger and definitely newer a lot of the parks don't allow older RVs even though this one doesn't look that old at all it's still Is ,, your digs found like the place in flordia to be
There's no emissions regulation here in Florida, so I doubt that there would be a concern on the age of your RV at all, as long as it's in good working order and road safe/legal, you shouldn't have to worry, here's a site you might find helpful, and there are also Encore parks one sits in between venice and Sarasota in a tiny little community called Laurel/ Nokomis, I didn't see that one on here. https://www.visitsarasota.com/campgrounds-rv-parks
Thank you so much ..out here and in a lot of places your wheels canโt be older than 10 years old ..the idea Is to keep the tweakers that have trash bags for windows out of the parks , of course people who have a ride older than 10 yrs and are normal people get screwed ..thanks again for the info
