The Hingefreel people are a race based on the planet Arkintoofle Minor. This race attempted to build ships powered by bad news, as this has the well-known ability to travel faster than light. However, the idea was soon abandoned as the ships didn't work very well, and were unwelcome wherever they landed anyway.
