I keep reading how freemasons are evil and do horrible things. Yet I grew up with masons. I'm not evil, nor do I do horrible things. So, being new, and open minded. I would like to have a civilized discussion about the freemasons! And remember. I come from family members whom are passed now, but, were. Masons. I'm open to here. Thank you.

Freemasonry is a secret society, that at the lower ranks the members don;t actually realise it's an evil society. The initiations and rankings are specifically created to psychologically profile people who would be criminally inclined, and these people are promoted. By the time you reach the top - at level 33, you have understood the nature of the organisation and the true goals. I believe at level 33, they are initiated into the real stuff - Satanism.
So, simply put, fremasonry is a benign front for Satanism, and most freemasons never reach at level.
By the 3rd degree the oath you take is a blatant curse you make upon yourself.
It goes something like this, if I go against my brotherhood, may my heart be pierced.
Heart attack?
So wellcoming in spirits of secrecy and deception each oath builds upon the others.
I once read them all although subliminal you could see by degree your spoken curse is upon yourself and family.
Nothing Godly about it.
Yeah, each degree increases the level towards evilness just a little bit. This is how they sort out the ones who don't "cut it" and select the ones who show promise in being evil as they go higher and higher.
I agree, nothing Godly about any of it. My point is, not all freemasons are evil.
My great great grandfather was 33rd degree worshipful master👎. I've done a lot of research. I came to the realization of generational curses within the family. I rebuke them all.
Conclusion, I cannot follow Jesus and believe freemasonry is anything but evil.
My ladies grandparents were both free masons, and belonged to multiple organizations like the order of the eastern star. They were practicing Christians, so must not had been very high up. But because of their memberships, the family thinks that freemasonry is the coolest thing. I remember finding this really old book in the shop, I opened it and it was written in a strange symbology. Apparently its a secret language of sorts.
