This sounds like a classic bait and switch. They are expecting to find stuff incriminating Trump (just like they are in Maxwell trial), and even NYT is pushing the FOIA request. Imagine the surprise_pikachu.jpg when the stuff that comes out throws a whole new light on corruption!
