Like clockwork, the media suppresses these stories. The unions representing the various workgroups have washed their hands of these members and taken the side of UAL Corporate. Here the Gateway Pundit, even gets it a little wrong. The Class is not sueing against the mandate. They fought the mandate by applying for Title VII exemptions either for medical or religious reasons. UAL approved some of these applications. However their "accommodation" was indefinite unpaid leave until the pandemic is over (which we all know, isn't anytime soon). In addition, NO benefits, no accrual of benefits, pay for own medical, etc. Essentially, take our jab or you are fired. I don't think this is what Title VII had in mind.
