What? 23:20 is 11:20 PM. How are you coming up with 17:20 EST?

I think this is showing a time zone difference. (1720 EST-eastern standard time). If I recall correctly, that pic was taken in London, which is a 5 hour difference from us, but the pic shows a 6 hour difference. (If posted from DC as the tweet handle indicates).

So...I'm stumped as well.
