I’m not saying this is real or not (I wouldn’t doubt it’s real) but I can say with 100% certainty that if you’re in the US and used a govt assistance program at any time, the govt has A LOT of private info on you. I’m probably going to doxx myself but here it goes. A few years ago I took a job at a govt assistance program. The program helped poor families get basic needs like child car seats, formula and whatever other household items they might need (we had a 4 story warehouse full of household items free to whoever needed them). Anyways, my job was to process paper files and input them into a computer and then file them in a large file room. I had 22 “agents” that I was over, the most in my office. These “agents” (not what we called them but I’m trying to stay anonymous) would go to the houses of the people who were in this program and fill out paperwork which they turned into me. Each agent had dozens of clients thus I had a lot of paperwork on my desk every day. These files had the info you would expect from an assistance program; names, dob, ssn etc. But what I didn’t expect and what may surprise people was those agents weren’t just writing down your name and dob. They were writing down how clean your house was, if the outside of the house needed painted, if your kids were clean/well fed, if you had guns in the house and even if you smoked. I had access to ALL of this info via my computer system. I could look up how much you made yearly, your place of work and also if you had had your children taken before. Before I took this job I had no idea the amount of info the govt collected on people. I processed one file that talked about how the clients house had piles of clothes in the corner of the living room and the shingles on their roof were in bad shape. Oh and the file room that contained all this personal info was behind one locked door with a glass window in it, in a building that had no real security. Be careful who you give your personal info too and who you let into your house pedes.
