My grandmother got double Pfizer (I did everything I could to talk her out of it but she wouldn't listen to me cause WSJ experts or whatever. ) anyway, fastforward 6 months she gets a blood panel and it turns out she's highly deficient in vitamin d3.

Anecdotal but it's def possible
