This is not news, its been known about for years.

A journalist took samples from the Westminster toilets and bars, all were positive to cocaine. This was at least 5 years ago.

Hmmm. Disclose TV made it sound like recent news as they’ve always published breaking news. So if it is not recent news, who made the editorial decision to publish it now?

And why mention Boris, who was not PM 5 years ago?

Its a recurring theme with the brit press, get into parliament and swab some surfaces and publish the analysis. The make stuff like this up all the time, they thrive on moral outrage. This is just the latest iteration.
