Having listened to the guy for years up to last April, it is readily obvious to me that he is. I like many of you used to hang on his every word. Then I realize he was taking a lot of things from other websites including this site and realized he had no more useful information than anybody that can throw something out here
I did find after some time that he does appear to be stringing us along a bit, and doesn't really have unique info. I like Dave all the same, but yeah got tired of it after a while.
He never pretended to have any unique or outside information other than the Q drops. He's an anon just like us interpreting events as they happen and comparing them to the drops. Some anons like his analysis and so they watch him. That doesn't make him a shill though. He doesn't claim to be an, "insider" who, "talks to Q" or any BS like that.
