What is a soldier?

It is related to solidus: a thick gold coin. That was the money paid to those warring for Rome.

A soldier also obeys orders. This hierarchy of obedience is directly incorporated into their oath.

This makes it especially difficult for those in the military trying to take a stance against the force-feeding of wokism and bad deals.

How does a soldier defend the constitution when the constitution has been out of order since November 1999?
