Okay, now that makes sense. So you are still in the country? This is where you invite your friend over for a good meal is it not? Are you going to share that souffle' with him? Dinner always tastes better with good conversation.
Well, since the lockdown, very few friends have come to our house. I am in 🇨🇭Just now for the week and spend every week in Burgundy as I want this house to live. Anne will come back with me on the 24th, but then we won’t see much of each other… families are hungry for our presences and we have to split to please everyone.
It is sad in a way that you have to split; but in the other it is good to be loved and missed by so many.
I’ve gotten used to this. But yes, it’s good to be noticeable.
Yes it is. I got my name called out in church yesterday because I stepped in to fill in for a missing Sunday school teacher. Now it seems like I am a permanent Sunday School teacher. I had 8 kids yesterday from age 11 to 4. But it turned out good as I tried looking on line for something good to teach and a craft project. So we made paper plate wreaths as I talked about the wreath representing the 'circle of life.' The kids had fun with it, even if my 4 year old granddaughter made hers look like a rabbit. Haha.
