We come to GA by many different paths, mine was a combo of bad politics, bad medicine, current events... and modern prophecy. In a way, Kim Clement and Henry Gruver brought me to Q and GA. I've also been drawn to Kent Christmas. He preaches loudly every Sunday and has a quieter bible-study-type YT on Wednesdays. He does not always prophesy. His words yesterday were bold and dramatic, ultimately inspiring, and specific enough to prove him true or condemn him within a fixed time.
If you are open to modern prophecy, Christ-centered, I recommend making time for it. One hour long, in a two-hour recorded livestream. I recommend starting at exactly the 1-hour mark. https://livestream.com/accounts/7026721/events/8539062/videos/227877858
The website is Regeneration Nashville, the name of his church. Most YT of his prophecies are unauthorized rips with annoying ads. One more thing- keep your hand near the volume button; he can surprise you.
Thanks for the response. I don't have a vested interest in you believing this particular person, but if you believe God is done speaking to His people, I believe you are mistaken. When God answers a prayer, isn't that a message? If His answer is a message to be shared, can that message not be a prophecy?
The Bible is often misinterpreted. Saul of Tarsus knew the scriptures backwards and forwards, and yet he was mistaken, up until Jesus corrected him. I am mindful of how God acts and appears in many different and unexpected ways throughout the Old Testament, and how Jesus himself fulfilled prophecy while dashing prophetic expectations. It's healthy to be humble, and humility involves an openness to being wrong, and correcting ourselves as we learn more.
All that said, that doesn't mean that this guy is right, or worth your time. But I can absolutely say that nothing in this self-declared prophecy is the result of logical reasoning or sensible predictions. Many self-declared prophets traffic in ambiguity and plausible deniability. But I posted this precisely because that's not the case here. If he's not truly speaking from the holy spirit, he's a total loon--- he declared with conviction: no excuse, no escape clause. By all means, use your own discernment.
