Sorry if I am slow to this one friends, but does anyone have a comprehensive source on this? Are they real? I have some family that could really use this - but I'm not 100% sure what this is.

I, too, want to know more about this. If you do a search, basically all you come up with are grifters on the margins trying to capitalize on people's hopes, with nothing to show or prove what they are talking about is real. There was a photo circulating for a while of Trump standing in front of a facsimile of a piece of equipment touted as being a medbed, but I did some checking using the company name displayed behind him, and it was from a medical tech symposium. The equipment was a new type of MRI or something.
I did, however, see a short clip of someone getting in a prototype, and the camera showed a monitor display of the conditions treated. There were only about two dozen conditions shown on the monitor, though, and nothing like what we have heard "through the grapevine."
I don't have Telegram, but if you do, the person you want to follow is WhipLash347. A screenshot of his account was passed around, showing the company names working on this technology. Among them: Lobst, Vyaire Medical, Medtronic, Polarlsqb, ResMed, Kodak, Hillrom, Royal Phillips, GE, Raytheon, and Northrop Grumman.
Thank you.
I don't know who this source is speaking, but I thought I'd share it with you. The discussion starts at 9:00 in: https://www.bitchute.com/video/ILgerEw9r3st/
