Im putting all my assets in trusts, vetting the shit out of the women, accepting the fact i may never find one good enough, taking a huge risk, and then dating down a bit to satisfy hypergamy. I would then move to a small very red city so my wife and kids aren't tempted to cheat or be shitty.
For the general public? Get rid of all incentives to be a single mom, remove the welfare state, people valuing men again for protection and infrastructure through bad times, the evisceration of feminism so women want to be moms, monogamous, and deferential again.
Its tough, it would require a total upheaval of feminism and the welfare state basically.
