According to a letter in The Times, Boris Johnson has plans to overrule judges.
While I disagree with some judges some times I don't think that allowing Bopris's ministers to override those decision would be an improvement. You also have to think that in the future, you might get a government you seriously disagree with and they would have the final say on everything.
The Black Belt Barrister is up in arms about it - as all Brits should be, in my view.
