The problem is scale, if you had massive amounts of data how do you get it out to the public, never mind prosecute those complicit in crimes. Its how do you eat an elephant... one bite at a time.... its going slow due to volume of evidence. they have to hit a tipping point though where one conviction leads to another and so on..
