I find it kind of weird that Queen Elizabeth has been missing in action, the Pope is dying (apparently) and the States has a senile pantshitter for a president. I mean, I get that they're all old and these things happen but all of this happening at the same time?

Wasn't there supposed to be some sort of triumvirate of power? Washington (military), Vatican (spirituality) and the City of London (finance)? I know that the Queen technically doesn't have any power in the City but still.
