But it's not bad news. It looks like a loss, but it's bad for Biden. Acting inappropriately with his daughter is now a matter of legal record. It could corroborate future allegations from other kids.

But the judge has just confirmed it is indeed Ashley Biden's diary. It's already available to the public, and at this point we need the public to see these truths and believe them.
