I saw a post about how to cleanse after the vax

I am not vaxxed but a co-worker is. I told him I saw some posts about cleansing after the vax. I can't find it and was hoping someone else did see it and could post it.

He is a good guy and was trying to protect his family. I disagree with his decision but told him I would try to help if I can. Just trying to help if I can.
