Wow. Umm, I know after slaughtering a chicken they can move for some time, could that be related or was it long enough after that it should have stopped?
I was thinking the same thing, but then again, the chicken was completely plucked and the blood was apparently already drained out. Surely by the time you did all of this the bird would be good and dead???
I was thinking the same thing, that there might be a hole or something in the table and someone just stuck their fingers behind the part we could see and wiggled them.
However, the guy moves the chicken around and it appears to be a solid table. If it was a trick, then it was a good one.

That was the counter-point I had in mind, it's not like you can drain and pluck a chicken in the 5-15 minutes that it might be expected to be moving.
Just need to sanity check, even knowing that the moving meat looked more like something jerking around within than the muscles themselves.

If you chop the head off wrong it might get up and run off.
