Dems and Psuedo Dems (a lot of "Independents") keep redrawing the District maps to make the areas "more competitive" (meaning drawn to favor Dems)

Last time, was a Dem, Republican and an "Indie" who's spouse was a Dem Party.

That gave us the Dem Rats in Congress, that and McCain.
