Hey everyone.
As the title suggests, I have some questions concerning my diet. For context, I am 15 and weigh 150lbs at roughly 5'11. I have been naturally thin my entire life, and always have issues finding pants that fit my waist. As a results, I pledge allegiance to elastic. My situation is definitely not as poor as some of the soyboys at my school, but I would like to get in the gym and gain some.
Unfortunately, I fall into many of the traps that people my age often do. This includes processed food, canned soup, ramen noodles, and sugary sweets. Outside of my diet, I also struggle with sleep, dandruff, probably some vitamin deficiencies, and a few other less notable hygiene issues.
My testosterone is also a concern, However I thankfully still have some balls left. I come from quite a masculine bloodline and my dad is still kicking ass at 64. My levels, if I had to guess, are certainly higher than probably 90% of dudes I know. But with my diet and the aggressive chemicals I use daily (Shampoo, mouthwash, conditioner, deodorants, phthalates, etc.) I am certain I can go much higher.
The base questions I bring are as follows. What should I cut from my diet immediately? What should I add immediately? What supplements, if any should I take? Parasites?
As always, If you have any questions about this post, patterns in my generation, or anything else, ask!
Look, I will sound nuts to you but you should straight away go full carnivore and cut out the sugar and carbs.
It seems extreme but it isn't. You system will fully adapt and will be better for it.
Here's the logic, your digestive human system is designed for squeezing as much nutrition from the food you eat as quickly and as efficiently as possible, this makes sense, just think back to caveman days where food was hard to catch and was scant, so for survival, you body had to be efficient for energy and nutrition.
Now meat, especially beef and lamb is so dense in nutrition it's the most dense of all edible foodstuff, this is a fact.
Now, your problem is also snacking, right? And that's the secret with this diet, you eat as much meat as you can so you're full, that way you don't snack, you have no need to and don't want to. Some carnivores split their meat eating into two to three sessions during the day but most of the time I have one huge one so I don't have to.worry about lunch and dinner and breakfast.
I did it not because of weight, I'm tall and lean but because mentally it's just amazing, I have so much constant energy so I don't have mood swings. I can work 14 hours non stop and feel fine.
I did this for 1 year and now I'm limit myself with some carbs and daily is 50g. But going fully in carnivore you develop an easy routine, all you do is get steak, fry 3 mins each side and done, you eat.
Ah, yes, you have good energy for sex, linked probably to more testostorone being made.
Edit, sorry so much to say, you think eating just meat is unhealthy to the body but I've done bloodwork and there's no problems, even my doc was amazed.
