Clearly unconstitutional. Technically speaking, anyone who isn't a legal US citizen, is a citizen of a different country.
Our laws need to be enforceable for anyone who is here, otherwise chaos will reign, but the privileges granted to citizens are not available to those who aren't.
Foreign diplomats here legally don't get to vote, why should illegals who've broken the law get to?
Quick reminder that the Constitution hasn't ruled since the Civil War, and it specified that only white men over 25 could vote. That was never meant to change. This feels like a natural progression of the sin of universal suffrage... next is lowering the voting age again.
