I think it would be helpful if it's pointed out every time this is posted, broadcast, etc. that it was John Roberts alone who did this, not the full SC. This is about the third story I've seen lately in which the headline said "SCOTUS" did something when in fact only one liberal justice had killed something singlehandedly. You could argue it is SCOTUS but it lets them do things without any responsibility for the actual decision.
