this is way outside my thoughts, am i missing on some underlying context for a string of posts with obscure infotainment images? On one hand it could be meaningless, on the otherhand it was important enough to the artist / creator to create all the details in the image.

I agree, i just noticed what looks like a lot of latin that i'd have to learn to decipher, as much as i am interested, i dont have the time right now.
