Racine is where the founder of Rotary International is from.

Rotary is a close partner of Rockefeller and Gates Foundations, also closely connected with Cornell University.

The real purpose of starting the China Medical Board was not for health, but to eliminate the rise of Christianity in China.

The global elite have been meeting in Racine for generations.
