I just read the vitamin A chapter of that link you posted. I’m so happy I only used the vitamin A gel for a couple months…. Lots of people use it for years and years. The beauty community has no clue about this. They think that not much vitamin A gets into the bloodstream by just applying it on the face. But- tons of them have complained of side effects from it. Thank you for the info!
