Pence should have done 'the right thing' when states asked him not to certify yet. He has no insight to deny state legislatures request...he doesnt know all they are finding yet.
We all saw him accept the bribe right after.
In the beginning of administration there were stories out that were squelched that Pence and of all people Paul Ryan signed a contract that should Pence become prez Ryan would be his vice prez. Now why would a loyal politician do that?
