Be gentle. There was no cure as far as I knew, all my life. My mum had it. It's no use trying to put all sorts of creams on the sore when it is blistering, although she had some success with an all-purpose traditional Chinese herbal mixture that was based on coconut oil (It had to be warmed in the frigid UK conditions). Very gentle stuff, that only relieved the symptoms and healed. Really, I would chuck all the medications and expensive rubbish.
However. I suspect there may be some hope with Ivermectin. Have you tried taking some when you are getting early warnings of an outbreak? One dose should nip it in the bud. Also Listerine (gold) mouthwash has two virucides in it. Clean mouth and throat may help. My mum used listerine, watered down, in an aquapic.
Also, there is a lot of anger in your post. Realise that herpes outbreaks are related to stress. It is a virus that remains in your body for the rest of your life, just like chicken pox/shingles. You need to manage the outbreaks. Try cutting all junkfood, sugar and alcohol. Also avoid kissing vigorously, not so you won't spread it, but so that the added microbiome and movement does not set it off again. Gentle small kisses. Maybe get into meditation and yoga to clear the air. My mum had it down to two outbreaks a year, in the end.
