Wouldn't it be way cheaper to give free antibody testing to determine the actual extent of herd immunity rather than creating all this chaos based on mere guesswork?

It would appear that "They" don't want those numbers to be known....

Why don't they test everyone for antibodies before initially offering them the vax?

All the people with antibodies were likely immune already.
