It was on Netflix for the last like 7 years, Fauci isn't mentioned a single time in that movie. He's not even hinted at.

I think OP meant that the bad guy is very similar to Fauci, since Fauci has the blood of many AIDS-riddled dead people on his hands.

Yeah I just checked imdb. Though Fauci is a shit who was involved in this in real life, I don't see him as a character amongst the cast.
